We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for our digital products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, you must provide:

- A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
- Confirmation that you have deleted all downloaded files
How to Request a Refund

Non-Refundable Scenarios
Please note that refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
- After the 30-day period has expired
- If the illustrations have been used in commercial products that have already been published or sold
- For customized or specially commissioned illustrations
- If you've violated our Terms of Use
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers in the European Union, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. However, please note that you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once you start downloading our digital content.
Important Note About Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, once you have downloaded our illustrations, we trust you to delete all files and cease using them if you request a refund. Continuing to use our illustrations after receiving a refund would constitute a violation of our Terms of Use and copyright laws.
